Merger Notice of Themis Portfolio Management Limited ("Themis") and APS Debt Servicing Cyprus Ltd (“APS”)

We hereby notify you that the above companies have completed the merger with effective date the 1^st of December 2023 (“Effective Date”).  As from the Effective Date:

1. All assets and liabilities of APS have been transferred to Themis by operation of the law and
2. APS is dissolved, without liquidation.

References to APS within any informational material, consent, request or any other notice to or from APS, will be regarded as references to Themis.
