ANNOUNCEMENT - Information Collection Campaign
Under the Prevention and Suppression of the Directive for the Operation of a System or a Mechanism for the exchange, Collection and Provision of Data of 2024 (243/2024), all Credit Servicers are obliged to provide Artemis Credit Bureau with accurate information regarding the demographics and financial data of borrowers (Physical and Legal Entities) of the portfolios they manage
To this end, Themis kindly requests that all borrowers complete the required form available below and send it to clientupdate@themispm.com by the end of June 2025. Please note that, during the review process, borrowers may be required to provide supporting documents.

Failure to submit updated data on time may result in inaccurate entries in the Artemis Credit Bureau Banking Information System, affecting the overall credit profile of borrowers.
The processing of personal data is governed by Themis Privacy Policy.
